Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10 August 2026  |  Last updated: 10 August 2026

PRIVACY IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
We use personal data to operate your membership, deliver workout access, process payments, provide support, keep the service safe and improve it. We do not sell personal data for money. Fitness or health information you choose to share is treated with additional care.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Puneet Rao, trading as Move Daily with Puneet (MoveDaily, we, us or our), collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal data when you visit https://movedaily.world/, purchase or use a membership, join a session, communicate with us, or interact with related services on platforms such as WhatsApp or YouTube.

This Policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions. It does not govern a third-party service operating under its own privacy policy.

2. Who is responsible for your data

The data fiduciary / organisation responsible for deciding why and how personal data is processed is Puneet Rao, at Shop 1, Satguru Solitaire Society, Owale, Thane west, 400615. Privacy contact: movedailywithpuneet@gmail.com.

3. Personal data we may collect

  • Account and identity data: name, age confirmation, email address, mobile number, city, username, membership ID and login or authentication information.
  • Transaction data: plan purchased, price, tax information, payment status, transaction reference, invoices, refunds and chargeback information. We normally receive payment confirmation rather than full card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
  • Service and fitness data: session attendance or access, programme progress, fitness goals, preferences, feedback and, only when you choose to provide it, information about injuries, pregnancy, menstrual cycle, accessibility, medical conditions or body measurements.
  • Communications and content: support messages, survey responses, comments, reviews, testimonials, images or videos you submit, and records of consent or marketing preferences.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, referring pages, viewed pages, links opened, cookies, crash logs and security events.
  • Third-party platform data: limited profile, delivery, interaction or technical information received from services used to provide membership access, communications, video delivery, payments, analytics or support.

4. How we collect data

We collect data directly from you when you register, pay, complete a form, contact support, submit feedback or participate in the Services; automatically through the website and related technologies; from payment and communications providers; and from public interactions you choose to make on our social or video channels.

Where another person purchases a membership for you or provides your details, that person must have authority to do so and must ensure that you receive this Policy.

5. Why we use personal data

  1. create and administer accounts and memberships;
  2. process payments, issue invoices and resolve transaction problems;
  3. deliver session links, recordings, schedules and programme updates;
  4. provide customer support and respond to fitness or access questions;
  5. adapt general coaching, modifications and programme design based on member needs;
  6. send essential service communications and, with required permission, marketing messages;
  7. measure usage, troubleshoot errors, improve content and understand aggregate member engagement;
  8. prevent fraud, link sharing, abuse, security incidents and violations of our Terms; and
  9. comply with law, respond to lawful requests and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Grounds for processing

We process personal data only for lawful purposes. Depending on the context and the law in force, we rely on your consent, your voluntary request for a specified service, steps necessary to provide the membership you purchased, compliance with legal obligations, and permitted uses needed to prevent fraud, protect safety or establish legal claims.

Where processing is based on consent, the request will be clear and specific. You may withdraw consent using the contact method below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, and it may prevent us from providing a feature that requires the data.

7. Fitness and health information

If you choose to tell us about an injury, pregnancy, menstrual cycle, medical condition, accessibility need, body measurement or fitness goal, we use that information only for the purpose explained to you, such as answering a support question, suggesting a safer modification or improving programme design.

MoveDaily is not an electronic medical-record service. Please do not send diagnoses, reports or other health information that is unnecessary for your question. We do not use optional health information for targeted advertising or sell it for money.

8. When we share personal data

We disclose only the data reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose to:

  1. payment processors, banks and invoicing providers;
  2. communications and customer-support providers, including WhatsApp-related business messaging tools;
  3. video, content-delivery and platform providers, including YouTube or Google services;
  4. website hosting, cloud storage, security, authentication, analytics and technical-support providers;
  5. professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers and lawyers under appropriate duties of confidentiality;
  6. government authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; and
  7. a genuine purchaser, investor or successor in a merger, reorganisation or sale, subject to confidentiality and appropriate notice where required.

Service providers are expected to process data only for agreed purposes and to use appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data for money.

9. International processing

Some service providers may process or store data outside India. Where this occurs, we use reasonable contractual and organisational safeguards and comply with restrictions notified under applicable Indian law. The laws of another country may differ from those in India.

10. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, to provide active membership access, maintain security, resolve complaints, enforce agreements and comply with tax, accounting and other legal requirements.

Typical retention depends on the record: membership and support information is kept while the account or issue is active and for a reasonable period afterward; transaction and tax records are kept for the statutory period; optional health information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed; and technical logs and backups are retained on limited operational cycles unless required for security or law.

When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymise the data, subject to lawful exceptions and the practical time required to cycle it out of protected backups.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, such as access controls, restricted staff access, secure service providers, authentication, monitoring, backups and staff confidentiality obligations.

No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, account credentials and private links and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

12. Your privacy choices and rights

Subject to the law in force and any permitted exceptions, you may:

  1. ask for a summary of personal data being processed and relevant sharing information;
  2. correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
  3. request erasure when the data is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements;
  4. withdraw consent as easily as reasonably possible where consent is the processing ground;
  5. opt out of marketing communications without losing essential service messages;
  6. raise a grievance and receive a response through the contact below; and
  7. nominate another individual to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity, where the law provides.

A request may be refused or limited where required to protect another person’s rights, prevent fraud, preserve legal claims or comply with law. We will explain the reason where required.

13. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, performance measurement and analytics. Non-essential cookies should be used only after any consent required by applicable law. Browser settings may allow you to block cookies, but parts of the website may not work correctly.

14. WhatsApp, email and other communications

We may use your registered contact details for essential service messages, including access links, schedule changes, payment confirmations, safety notices and support. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted. You may opt out of marketing through the message instructions or by contacting us, but essential membership communications will continue while needed to provide the Service.

15. Public comments and member content

Comments or information you post publicly on YouTube, Instagram or another public channel can be seen and copied by others. Avoid posting private health or contact information in a public comment.

We will seek permission before using an identifiable private message, image, video or transformation story in marketing, unless it was intentionally posted publicly and the proposed use is otherwise permitted by law.

16. Children

The Services are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child for membership use. If you believe a child has provided data without appropriate parental or guardian authorisation, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

17. Personal-data breaches

If a personal-data breach occurs, we will investigate, take reasonable containment and remediation steps, and notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India or another authority when and within the timeframe required by applicable law.

18. Third-party links and services

Our website or messages may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing data to them. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s privacy practices.

19. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our Services, vendors or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted with a revised date. If a change materially affects how we use data already collected, we will provide appropriate notice and seek consent where required.
